Sagetech Avionics has expanded its network of distributors for its unmanned aerial systems (UAS) safety solutions through new agreements with international reseller organizations.
SSASS Holdings of South Africa will provide Sagetech’s MX Series and XP Series of transponders to customers in the African and Middle East regions of the world. AMS Group will distribute products in Australia, and will also serve as Sagetech’s official in-country resource per the Australian Government’s Australian Industry Capability (AIC) Program, providing a variety of value-added services and support to Australian customers. AMS Group will also distribute Sagetech solutions to New Zealand and other countries in the Oceania region.
The XP family, which includes the world’s smallest certified transponder, delivers Mode C, Mode S and ADS-B functionality for SWaP-critical UAVs and drones. The MX family provides full-featured FAA- and U.S. DoD-certified transponder solutions for safe UAV operations in national and military airspace worldwide.
Tom Furey, CEO of Sagetech Avionics, commented: “We are thrilled to extend our reach through these experienced sales partners. Both groups offer local industry, government, and customer expertise to help us increasingly serve global market needs for UAV transponders.”
