Hey! We’re adding a new feature, and we want you to be among the first to know about it!
DroneDJ is a news and review site. But from time to time, we like to take a deeper dive into the issues. We’ve always done this, of course, but 2020 is the year where we’re really trying to build this out. We know some of you crave a longer, in-depth read. So, we’re trying to make it easier to find this content when you’re feeling like reading something a little more analytical. It’s pretty simple, so let’s have a look.
It starts with a change to our pages. Click on “Long Reads.”
What’s there?
All sorts of good stuff. It’s deep content and also what those in the news industry refer to as “evergreen.” That means it’s not (usually) tied to a particular news event and will feel like a fresh read – even if it was written a few months ago.
Examples?
Wait — there’s more!
We’ve also changed how you can access our stories on specific drone companies. DJI, as the world leader and with a huge number of products released this year, gets its own tab. But if you click on “Drone Cos,” you’ll get the option of selecting between Autel, Parrot, and Skydio. We plan to categorize more brands down the road.

Change is good
We believe these small changes will make a big difference for you when accessing DroneDJ content. So grab yourself a tea or coffee, sit back, and explore a Long Read.
