This month, hosts Timothy Martin and Miriam McNabb review the latest news stories about drones in public safety, first response, fire and police with our guest Scott Shtofman of leading uncrewed systems advocacy group, AUVSI.  Our guests will then speak and answer questions about AUVSI’s industry programs like Drone Prepared, Green UAS, Trusted Cyber, and the current landscape in drone regulations.

Scott Shtofman is AUVSI’s Manager of Grassroots Advocacy & Chapter Engagement. Shtofman is a licensed attorney and certificated Part 107 Remote Pilot, with experience supporting drone operations and policy. Shtofman has been a member of the AUVSI Air Advocacy Committee and Secretary of the AUVSI Lone Star Chapter.  During his tenure, Shtofman has extended AUVSI’s advocacy reach at the state and local government levels and grow the association’s grassroots network.
